exchange one of those duplicate letters (on your turn) for another in the tile bag and then continue with your turn ?

I have the Scrabble game, and if you have 3 or more or the same letters, that's just the pick of the draw. You work with you what you have, or you can just pass. Anyone can make their own rules though, just make sure everyone agrees with who you're playing with.
