In Scrabble, do you get to keep using the triple and double word points?

When you add a "s" or additional letters onto a word. do you get to count the points double or triple again ?

no, the triple/double word tiles, and triple/double letter tiles, are only used once. so if they're used for a word, then someone puts an "s" on the end, they aren't counted again.

You only get to count double or triple points if a letter you placed is on the double or triple word score.
