Not sure what you mean, unless you're just looking for a website in English that deals with chess.
You didn't say anything about where your skills are now, so I'm assuming you are perhaps a beginner or a novice. Doesn't matter, these sites are good for intermediate level players as well.
You could try the following:
http://www.entertainmentjourney.com/index1.htm ("How to Get to 1900"... the 1900 refers to your chess rating)
http://www.chesscafe.com/ (lots of great articles, archived)
http://www.chessville.com/ (great tutorials and articles)
http://www.exeterchessclub.org.uk/ (excellent site, you might have to poke around a bit to find whatever it is you're looking for).
http://www.markalowery.net/Chess/index1.html (this site is no longer updated, but it is archived)
chessgames.com is a good site for looking at thousands of games of master level (and up) players throughout history. There are also discussion forums about each player as well as their individual games.
redhotpawn.com is a site where you can play against players from all over the world. This is a correspondence site, so you can set your time to make one move per day, or a move every couple of days, whatever you and your opponent agree to. Also, there are excellent discussion forums on chess. The players there are very knowledgeable, and they do not hesitate to share their insights with you, if you show an interest in learning about chess.
redhotpawn.com also has discussion forums on everything under the sun, including world events, sports, politics, math/science and religion.
http://www.chessworld.net/chessclubs/asplogin.asp also lets you play correspondence games against players from all over the world. And it has discussion forums on all topics as well.
Good luck to you!
