About a year ago I bought the board game diplomacy (its like risk, only no dice and you can great when playing against friends.) My only problem is, I cant get anyone to play it with me lol Anyone know of any board game groups preferably in Texas that meet to play this game? (I live in the austin area so any info might be helpful, thanks.)

At least it will hook you up with some game groups in your area. You can post here yourself or try contacting existing groups to see if any are interested. Good luck!

Just go on-line to a Diplomacy site and join a game to play on-line. Orders and diplomatic negotiations are all done through e-mail. Its a great way to play the game without ever having to meet people face to face because that can be scary

it truly is a loose quote from the e book "The Playboy Winner's education guide to Board video games" through Jon Freeman (copyrights 1975 through John Jackson; 1979 through John Freeman) Your major purpose is ALLIES! both Austria adversarial to Turkey (with a later alliance with Italy adversarial to Austria) or visa versa. also a lengthy time period p.c.. with France adversarial to England and Germany might want to be advantageous.
